Plots the spacing parameter \(\omega_{a:b}(x^a, x^b)\).

Parameters:

• spacing_matrix (Spacing | Cooperativity) – A component containing the cooperativity position bias.

• swap (bool) – Whether to swap the two binding modes in the plot.
